Spa Therapist

The Role 

We have an exciting new opportunity at Milton Park Country House Hotel and Spa for an experienced and passionate Spa Therapist. 

Reporting to our Spa Manager will be an integral part of delivering rejuvenation and relaxation to our guests with intent and connection whilst nurturing and leading the spa team.

We have both Full Time and Casual positions available!

Located less than a two hours’ drive from Sydney, Milton Park Country House Hotel and Spa is a hidden gem, tucked away in a secluded hilltop woodland on the eastern edge of Bowral. This 44-room hotel has an adjoining luxury wellness spa, 2 restaurants and an events and conference pavilion set within it’s sprawling 32 acres of lawns and gardens. 

As the owners and operators of a wide range of stunning retreats, restaurants and experiences, we’re just as dedicated to providing unique, life changing experiences for our team as we are for our guests.

Here’s what you’ll do…

• Deliver onsite a range of treatments including body exfoliators & wraps, facials, massages, hand, foot & hair treatments to our guests in our well-appointed luxury treatment rooms;
• Provide a high level of guest service & offer a relaxing experience;
• Provide recommendations and retail our beautiful products to guests;
• Keep the spa operations running smoothly & clean all areas of the spa after use.

This is how you’ll know you’re right for this role…

• Experience in Luxury Spa environment;
• Qualification in Beauty Therapy/Remedial Massage (essential);
• Minimum 2 years experience as a massage therapist (essential);
• Vibrant and outgoing nature, with a passion for genuine customer service and creating those memorable moments;
• Availability and willingness to work on weekends;
• Reliable transport to get to and from the property (essential);
